Silver Swim Meet

We left an hour after Austin's birthday party to get Eden and Cameron to their final swim meet. We set up camp, and then we waited, in the heat...

Eden had her freestyle race first.

Then Cameron did her freestyle race. They did fly overs which can be stressful for the kids but makes the meets go by faster.

We hang out with our good friends, eating treats, playing games, and sweating because it's hotter than hot.

Finally, Eden and Cameron got to do their last races. The breastroke.

In the end Cameron took 3rd overall in her freestyle and 5th in breastroke out of around 40 girls. Eden took 2nd in breastroke and 7th in freestyle out of around 30 girls. They did fantastic and I'm really proud of them.

We got home around 10 pm that night and I was ready to crash. We still had another family get together with Ryan's sister on Saturday but I had to opt out. I was a little too tired.
