The week before my family's reunion all the Apricots on our tree ripened. In a panic the kids and I spent the entire day Tuesday canning. Dallin and Cameron sat and peeled for 5 hours! We did 26 quarts that day!
Saturday I did another 10 quarts from the rest. It was exhausting but worth it, they're delicious!
Austin hung out with us for moral support, and to play games on my computer.
